Learn meditation and breathing techniques to calm the mind and change your perspective on every day life. This workshop will also provide ways to start a meditation practice and become mindful of your thoughts and breath to help make every day life more enjoyable.
This workshop is March 18 from 11am to 12:30 pm and is open to non members of Papago CrossFit as well as members.
