Strength: Front Squat 1RM, around 16-18 minutes, shave 20% off then FS 4 sets, 3 reps. (25 mins)


WOD: 2K Partner Rowling!

Rules: -One partner Row 100m, other partner in plank.

-Full Strokes only

-Difference of meters under or over 100m= Burpees for partner that was planking.

-Burpees for aforementioned partner can only begin once Rowing partner assumes plank position.


Bonus: (If time permits) "7-11" 7 flutter kicks for each leg, 11 air squats for 3 rounds, capped at 90 seconds.
