Foundations for Yoga will be about getting back to the basics. If you've been practicing yoga 1 day or 10 years this class is meant to make sure that your movements are as safe and effective as they can be to take your Yoga practice to the next level. Break bad habits and create safe and effective new ones with Megan Cannon to guide you through movements like Up Dog, Down Dog, Sun A and B, Warrior A and B among others. This event is $15 for anyone who registers on or before 10/19 and $20 after or the day of.
