Yoga 101 Workshop with Megan Cannon

Whether you've been practicing for years or never taken a yoga class this is a great way to enhance your practice. This is a workshop to break down poses and focuses on the integrity along with breath. This will be a relaxing and fun environment. The workshop is only 20.00, both members and non-members are welcome so invite a friend to come with you. This workshop is being held on June 25th from 11 am to 12:30 pm.
