Reverse Tabata (10s work: 20s rest, 80-100% effort)
cardio machine of choice or Double Unders (encourage to choose weakness)
pick 2 different types of cardio, 1 full tabata cycle of each
Death by Deadlift/Pushup
RX is athlete's body weight = bar weight
each minute reps increase by 1 until athlete cannot complete their round within the minute, score is the last round fully completed
minute 0: 1 DL, 1 PU
minute 1: 2 DL, 2 PU
and so on...
