20 Thrusters

20 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls

20 Push Jerks

20 Overhead Squats

20 Front Squats

Starting at the top of the workout each athlete must complete 4 Burpees then begin the workout. At the top of every minute the burpees are repeated.
